This was a substantial main floor reno that we recently completed for our young clients in Bradford. This what we call ‘upgrading builder’s basics’, when a new subdivision’s home becomes a custom one inside.

New custom kitchen, living room build-in and a lot of custom wall trim! We strived for seamless waterfall counters and edgy slate-looking cabinetry while complimenting its warmth with some beautiful brass bling! You can’t go wrong with balanced touches like this.

Take a look at the before picture of the long and boring hallway wall! And now you see how bold and welcoming this entrance and the hallway are. The dressed up wall with angled trim is so inviting and just asking you to step in. Never underestimate the power of trim!
